Our services analyze videos hosted on YouTube. We are not responsible for the content of third-party videos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze any video you submit. Our services are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Analysis results will be 100% accurate
Our services will meet all your requirements

Analysis results are AI-generated insights intended to assist coaching decisions, not replace professional judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPARENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
